Molly Wang focuses her practice on corporate governance and Delaware corporate litigation. She advises clients on fiduciary duties, board and committee processes, governance documents, stockholder rights, books-and-records demands, advancement and indemnification, merger-related disputes and contractual issues arising from strategic transactions.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Wang served as a judicial law clerk to Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery, where she worked on corporate governance disputes, fiduciary duty claims, contractual interpretation and requests for equitable relief.
Ms. Wang previously practiced corporate litigation in Wilmington, Delaware, and corporate law at a leading firm in Shanghai. Her background in both transactional practice and Delaware litigation allows her to approach governance matters with a practical understanding of deal structure, business objectives and litigation strategy.
She is not currently admitted in California.
