Molly Wang focuses her practice on corporate litigation with experience in complex disputes involving fiduciary duties, books-and-records demands, advancement and indemnification, contractual disputes and merger-related litigation.

Before joining the firm, Meng served as a judicial law clerk with Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn in the Delaware Court of Chancery where she assisted with matters involving fiduciary duty claims, post-trial disputes, preliminary injunction practice, contractual interpretation, equitable remedies and corporate governance issues. Her clerkship experience gave her a close view of Delaware litigation practice, including motion practice, expedited proceedings, trial preparation, post-trial briefing and the drafting of judicial decisions.

Molly previously practiced as a corporate litigation associate in Wilmington, Delaware where she represented clients in matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery. Earlier in her career, she practiced corporate law at a leading law firm in Shanghai, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, financing, foreign direct investment and cross-border matters. Her background in both U.S. litigation and international transactional practice allows her to approach disputes with a practical understanding of deal structure, business context and litigation strategy.
