Quinn Wetherall

Quinn Wetherall focuses his practice on corporate and securities transactions, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and other significant corporate initiatives across numerous industries. Mr. Wetherall represents private equity sponsors, public and private companies and strategic and financial investors on various types of M&A transactions, including carve-out transactions, joint ventures and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Wetherall also has extensive experience advising on a wide range of financing transactions and minority investments in the form of equity, debt and convertible instruments. He also has experience counseling clients on corporate governance, capital markets matters and disclosure matters.

Having previously worked in-house as associate general counsel of a hyper-growth technology company, Mr. Wetherall brings a particularly strong commercial perspective when representing and advising clients. He has extensive experience advising on corporate development strategies, business development initiatives, joint ventures and various commercial projects and agreements (including software agreements, supply agreements, marketing initiatives, intellectual property matters, data privacy compliance and litigation matters).
