Seth S. Whiteman

Seth Whiteman is an associate in Dechert’s global finance and real estate practice, focusing on asset-backed securitizations, public and private securitizations and other structured transactions.

Mr. Whiteman has represented originators, issuers and collateral managers on a variety of structured finance asset classes, including litigation funding, structured settlements, purchase receivables and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Whiteman was an associate at another global law firm.
