Zhujing Wu

Zhujing Wu focuses her practice on global tax matters, with an emphasis on the taxation of investment funds, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and cryptocurrency funds. Ms. Wu regularly advises investment managers on tax matters relating to the development of new funds, disclosure and ongoing tax compliance.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Wu practiced at a national bond counsel firm, where she worked on the tax aspects of tax-exempt financings for affordable housing projects.
