Zhujing Wu

Zhujing Wu focuses her practice on global tax matters, with an emphasis on the taxation of investment funds, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and cryptocurrency funds. Ms. Wu regularly advises investment managers on tax matters relating to the development of new funds, disclosure and ongoing tax compliance. During her secondment from Dechert to Goldman Sachs, Ms. Wu supported the integration of the Innovator ETFs by advising on the related tax matters following Goldman Sachs’ acquisition of Innovator Capital Management.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Wu practiced at a national bond counsel firm, where she worked on the tax aspects of tax-exempt financings for affordable housing projects.
