Luke Yamulla

Luke is an associate in Dechert’s Enforcement and Investigations practice group who works on complex civil and criminal litigation matters. Mr. Yamulla assists in drafting court documents, researching legal issues, working with clients and conducting discovery. He also maintains a pro bono practice in which he primarily focuses on the rights of incarcerated individuals and has conducted depositions and filed amicus briefs before the Supreme Court.

Mr. Yamulla first joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2022 and joined the firm as an associate in November 2023. Between March 2025 and August 2026, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Karoline Mehalchick of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Yamulla rejoined Dechert in September 2026.
