Tom Yu

Tom Yu is an associate practicing intellectual property law with a primary focus on patent litigation. Mr. Yu represents technology and pharmaceutical companies in IP litigation lawsuits, as both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Yu’s experience spans all stages of litigation in the District Courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and Section 337 Investigations, including pre-suit investigation, fact and expert discovery, Markman, trial and appeal.
