Yasmin Yavari is an associate in Dechert’s corporate and securities team. She advises clients on a range of corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Yavari was a corporate associate at another international law firm in London.
