Annie Zwarg

Annie Zwarg is an associate at Dechert, where she leverages her tax background across a wide range of transactional matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Zwarg served as a tax extern for a global consumer finance company during her LL.M. in taxation.

While in law school, Ms. Zwarg received the Faculty Award for the highest grade in Partnership Tax and Current Issues in Tax Policy Colloquium, as well as the Dean’s Award for the second-highest grade in Corporate Tax, Corporate Finance and Securities Regulation. She served as an editor of the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational and Comparative Law and participated in the Immigrant Rights Clinic. Ms. Zwarg also maintained an active pro bono practice in estate planning, disability rights advocacy and low-income tax clinics.
