Continuing Legal Education (CLE):

California
Dechert LLP is a State Bar of California approved CLE provider. This activity has been approved for 2 hours of California CLE credit of which 0 hours will count towards legal ethics.

New Jersey
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law, municipal court law, and/or matrimonial law.

New York
This transitional and non-transitional continuing legal education program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 2 credit hour, of which 2 credit hour can be applied toward the areas of professional practice requirement.
