Andrew Levander Receives Norman S. Ostrow Award

Andrew J. Levander, chairman of Dechert LLP and a partner in the firm’s white collar and securities litigation practice, has been chosen to receive the Norman S. Ostrow award at the New York Council of Defense Lawyers Ostrow Award luncheon on March 10, 2016. The award is given in memory of one of the founding members of the organization and is described as “a symbol for our aspirations, namely the defense of liberty and the preservation of individual rights.” Honorees are selected for careers marked by “numerous examples of a lawyer fighting for a client with vigor, dignity and expertise.”
