Dechert on Upward Trajectory Among Leading International Arbitration Firms

March 30, 2017

Dechert LLP has again been named among the top international arbitration firms, ranking number 16 on the GAR 30, an annual ranking of the world’s leading international arbitration practices. The firm advanced six places from last year’s listing.

The GAR 30, published by Global Arbitration Review, ranks firms primarily on the number of arbitration hearings conducted over a two-year period. Rankings are also based on the number of hours billed and the amount in dispute in those cases, as well as the number of arbitrator appointments handled by team members and the number of individuals who appear in Who’s Who Legal: ArbitrationGAR’s sister publication.

“We are proud to be recognized by GAR as a leading firm for international arbitration,” said Arif H. Ali, co-chair of Dechert’s international arbitration group. Co-chair Eduardo Silva Romero added, “The ranking reflects our team’s substantial experience navigating complex disputes.”

Dechert’s international arbitration team has the global resources and experience to handle the largest, most complex disputes confronting businesses and governments throughout the world. With a comprehensive network of offices worldwide and a formidable track record, Dechert lawyers seamlessly serve clients on a global basis in real time and around the clock.
