Dechert Heroes brings together veterans, service members, military families, and allies across the firm to foster connection, recognize service, and make a meaningful difference. Through community-building programs, thought-provoking events, and pro bono advocacy, the group supports members of the military community both within Dechert and beyond.
Dechert Heroes hosts programs that honor the contributions of past and present service members and bring their experiences to life. Featured speakers have included entrepreneur and distinguished national security veteran Francis (“France”) Q. Hoang, who shared the values that shaped his career, and Medal of Honor recipient and retired U.S. Army Captain Florent Groberg, who offered powerful insights on courage, resilience, and leadership.
