Dechert’s Disability Affinity Group builds awareness of disability inclusion and advocates for an accessible workplace where all members of the Dechert community feel valued.
For example, among the many facets of disability the group addresses, the Disability Affinity Group raises awareness of neurodiversity through programs featuring thought leaders and advocates. Certified ADHD coach Rosemary Hollinger shared practical strategies for managing ADHD in the workplace and supporting professional success and personal well-being. The group also welcomed Kathryn Webster, Principal at KKR and Founder of the Together Achieving Dreams (TAD) Foundation, for a discussion on disability employment awareness.
The group advances accessibility and inclusion initiatives led by Dechert professionals, provides resources, support and fellowship across the Dechert community, and creates opportunities to promote accessibility and inclusion within the firm and in our communities.
