Dechert advised Sofinnova Partners and Bpifrance, via the "Industrial Project Companies" (SPI) fund managed under the Future Investments Program, as co-principal investors and IXO Private Equity in connection with their investment, alongside existing investors and Sofilaro in Microphyt, a company specializing in natural solutions based on microalgae for nutrition and well-being, totalling 28.5 million euros.
The funds will be used to accelerate the development of Microphyt’s product portfolio and their international sales network as well as to increase the production capacity of the company’s industrial platform in Baillargues.
