Dechert Advises Two IPOs Listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange
Dechert’s Corporate and Securities team has advised on the successful IPO of Huijing Holdings Company Limited and SANVO Fine Chemicals Group Limited, which both listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) on January 16, 2020.
Dechert acted for 20 underwriters (including China Galaxy International Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Limited as the sole sponsor, a global coordinator, a joint bookrunner and a joint lead manager) on the initial public offering and listing of the shares of Huijing Holdings Company Limited on the HKEX, for a total issuance of HK$1.521 billion. Huijing Holdings Company Limited is an integrated residential and commercial property developer in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), focusing on the Guangdong and Hunan provinces.
Separately, Dechert also acted for the underwriters (including VBG Capital Limited as the sole sponsor, a joint bookrunner and a joint lead manager) on the initial public offering and listing of SANVO Fine Chemicals Group Limited on the HKEX, for a total issuance of HK$130 million. SANVO Fine Chemicals Group Limited is a fine industrial chemical and products manufacturer based in the PRC.
