David Good

David Good has a varied practice encompassing complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, energy and infrastructure project development and cross-border disputes, with a particular focus on the Southeast Asia region. Mr. Good has extensive experience advising private and public corporates, ultra-high net worth individuals, and state-owned entities in a range of emerging and developed markets.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Good trained and qualified at the London office of an international law firm, and was seconded to the Tokyo headquarters of a global construction and engineering conglomerate, where he worked on major projects and disputes in the energy, transport, space launch services, and infrastructure sectors.

In the latest edition of The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, clients noted that Mr. Good exhibits ‘exceptional knowledge of the renewable energy field’ and ‘proactively advise[s] on potential strategies and structures that address commercial concerns’.
