Edmund Mayne
Edmund Mayne advises primarily on structured finance and rated note transactions in private capital.
He has particular experience with private capital rated note structures including rated feeder structures, standalone and parallel rated structures, finance companies, and collateralised fund obligations. He has experience with more traditional forms of fund finance including NAV facilities and sub-lines.
He acts manager-side in respect of private credit collateralised loan obligation transactions.
He has a broad experience of securitisation from both a transactional and regulatory perspective.
- Ares on the firm’s first European Direct Lending Collateralized Loan Obligation, Ares European Direct Lending CLO I, at £305 million.
- Ares on their second European Direct Lending Collateralized Loan Obligation, Ares European Direct Lending CLO II, at more than £300 million.
- Barings (U.K.) Limited, as Collateral Manager, in connection with the first European Private Credit CLO.
