Francois Quintard-Morenas

Francois Quintard-Morenas serves as special counsel in the corporate and securities group. He focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, landlord and tenant side leasing, ground leasing, and real estate financing. Mr. Quintard-Morenas has also considerable experience with the real estate aspects of corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and secured transactions).

Before joining Dechert, Mr. Quintard-Morenas was an associate at a leading international law firm in Paris.

  • Estancia Capital Management and its affiliates, which joined forces with LLR Partners, in the acquisition of Soltis Investment Advisors, LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser with more than US$9 billion of client assets under management.
  • EisnerAmper, a global business advisory firm, in its acquisition of the advisory and wealth management businesses of Hughes Pittman & Gupton, LLP, an accounting, tax, and business consulting firm.
  • Monarch Alternative Capital and Equity Group Investors in an US$80 million senior financing for Bally Total Fitness Holding Corp.
  • Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. in its acquisition of EOS Fitness Holdings, LLC.
  • Brandywine Senior Living, Inc. in its US$610 million sale and leaseback of 19 senior housing facilities to Health Care REIT Inc. 
  • Select Medical Corporation in an exchange of long term acute care hospitals with Kindred Healthcare, Inc. 
  • Bondholders in the US$600 million acquisition of Greektown Casino in a Chapter 11 proceeding.

  • Graham Partners in its acquisition of a leading provider of high pressure pasteurization, cold storage, and other value-added services to food and beverage manufacturers.

  • Centre Partners in its acquisition of Captain D’s, a seafood restaurant chain.
