Meghan Redding focuses her practice on global finance matters, with an emphasis on asset-backed finance and securitization. She advises clients on a wide range of complex U.S. and cross-border financial transactions, including public and private securitizations, warehouse financing facilities and other structured transactions, as well as forward flow purchase arrangements. Ms. Redding also regularly counsels clients in connection with subscription credit facilities.
She has extensive experience representing a diverse array of market participants such as specialty finance companies, asset managers, funds and banks, in roles ranging from sponsors, sellers, servicers, borrowers and issuers to lenders and underwriters. Her transaction experience spans a broad spectrum of asset classes, including auto and equipment loans and leases, recurring revenue loans, unsecured consumer loans, trade receivables, whole business securitizations, triple net leases, cell towers and an array of other esoteric assets.
Ms. Redding was a Dechert summer associate in 2012.
