Lawdragon Names Dechert Five to its 500 Leading Lawyers in America List for 2020

Five Dechert partners were recognized in Lawdragon's 2020 edition of “The 500 Leading Lawyers in America”, an annual guide to those lawyers in the United States who most inspire others with their public interest leadership and their vision of the rule of law.

The five partners, who were also selected by Lawdragon in the 2019 list, were:

Vincent H. Cohen, Jr., an experienced trial lawyer and investigator who represents clients in sensitive government and internal investigations, government enforcement matters and complex civil and criminal litigation on a domestic and international scale.

David N. Kelley, a co-leader of Dechert’s white collar and securities litigation practice and former United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, who defends high-profile matters involving sensitive white collar litigation and investigations before major regulatory bodies.

David H. Kistenbroker, also a co-leader of the firm’s white collar and securities litigation practice and managing partner of the Chicago office, who represents publicly traded companies and their directors and officers in securities class actions, SEC investigations, internal investigations and corporate governance disputes.

Henry N. Nassau, Dechert’s chief executive officer, who advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, investments, securities offerings, proxy contests and on corporate governance matters.

Christina G. Sarchio, who leads trial teams in state and federal courts across the country and regularly appears before a number of agencies and regulators, including the DOJ, FDA, SEC and various U.S. Attorney offices.
