Dechert LLP’s Luxembourg-based investment funds lawyer Christine Renner has been recognized by Law.com International as a “Private Equity Rising Star”, one of just 25 individuals considered by the ALM-owned website to be Europe’s best up-and-coming private equity lawyers.
Ms. Renner advises asset managers and sponsors on the formation of Luxembourg-domiciled private funds. She has a strong track record of advising on the structuring, set-up and compliance of regulated and unregulated private funds, particularly private equity, private credit, venture capital and real assets closed-ended funds.
In addition to advising clients on the establishment of private funds, Ms. Renner provides advice on AIFMD and MiFID-related issues for managers and sponsors.
