Dechert Named Best Law Firm for CLO Managers for Third Consecutive Year

Dechert LLP has been named “the law firm that provides the best service to European and U.S. CLO managers” for the third year running, in the 2021 Creditflux CLO Census, an annual survey of CLO managers, investors, arrangers and service providers.

More than 240 CLO market participants also selected Dechert as “the law firm which has been best at advocating on behalf of the U.S. CLO industry”, in Creditflux’s largest survey to date.

The firm’s CLO team has also recently been named “Structured Finance Practice Group of the Year” by Law360, as well as winning “CLO Law Firm of the Year” for the sixth time at the GlobalCapital US Securitization Awards.
