This marks the firm’s sixth recognition of this award, highlighting Dechert’s leading position in work undertaken on behalf of collateral managers, arrangers and investors around the world.
This year’s contest saw more than 700 submissions from relevant industry professionals with more than 2,000 votes cast to identify the standout players of the U.S. securitization marketplace.
Dechert was also named as a 2021 finalist for “ABS Law Firm of the Year,” “CMBS Law Firm of the Year” and “RMBS Law Firm of the Year” by GlobalCapital.
