Dechert’s CLO team has been ranked the #1 top issuer counsel for U.S. CLOs in 2022 by Asset-Backed Alert. The team served as issuer counsel for 77 U.S. CLOs with an issuance of US$34.6 billion, reclaiming the number one spot on the chart.
Asset-Backed Alert reports on worldwide securitization, ranking top law firms in categories for underwriter and issuer counsel for ABS/MBS and CLOs. Only CLO deals backed by corporate loans are counted when creating these rankings.
