Law.com International Honors Nathalie Sadler as Private Equity Rising Star

Dechert LLP’s London-based partner Nathalie Sadler has been recognized as a “Private Equity Rising Star” by Law.com International and named among the top 25 private equity lawyers aged under 40 in the UK and Continental Europe.
Those recognized are chosen based on factors including the quality of their client base; the scale, significance and complexity of their deals; their client feedback and general market reputation and other examples of career success and innovation.
Ms. Sadler specializes in advising clients on the structuring, establishment, management, marketing, and restructuring of private funds across various onshore and offshore jurisdictions. Her practice covers a range of asset classes, including private debt, private equity and real estate, as well as strategies with an ESG focus. She also has experience in structuring and launching hedge funds and evergreen vehicles.
Ms. Sadler, who is known for her technical expertise and creative thinking, was recently named a “Legal Rising Star for 2023” by PEI Group’s Private Funds CFO.
