Commercial Mortgage Alert Ranks Dechert as #1 Issuers and Underwriters Counsel for CRE CLOs

Dechert LLP has been ranked number one on both the issuers and underwriters counsel tables for CRE CLOs by Commercial Mortgage Alert. The rankings are determined by CMA’s CMBS database, a comprehensive listing of all commercial mortgage-backed securities ever issued.
Although not captured by the database, it was noted that Dechert also served as loan-seller counsel on 63 Freddie K and small-balance deals, as well as four of five Q deals and prepared securitization documents in 31 cases.
