GlobalCapital Honors Dechert With Triple Win at 2023 US Securitization Awards

Dechert LLP’s CLO team has once again been named “CLO Law Firm of the Year” by GlobalCapital in its U.S. Securitization Awards. This marks the firm’s eighth recognition of this award. Dechert’s securitization team was also named “CMBS/CRE CLO Law Firm of the Year” and received the “CMBS/CRE CLO Deal of the Year” award for Freddie Mac Multifamily K-SG3.

GlobalCapital’s U.S. Securitization Awards honor the firms and deals that stand out among their peers in the U.S. securitization industry. Winners are decided by industry vote and the awards were presented at a dinner ceremony on June 7.

Dechert was also recently named “Best CLO Manager Counsel of the Year” and “Best Middle Market CLO Manager Counsel of the Year” at the DealCatalyst U.S. CLO Awards 2022.
