Philadelphia Business Journal Honors Two Dechert Partners Among its “Best of the Bar” for 2023
Dechert partners Linda Ann Bartosch and Clare Putnam Pozos have been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal in its Best of the Bar Awards 2023. Each year, the publication showcases attorneys who have distinguished themselves in the previous 12 months. Nominees are judged on the legal significance of their achievements and the business impact of their work.
Ms. Bartosch, a partner in Dechert's global finance practice, encompasses extensive knowledge in a broad range of real estate finance, structured finance, and investment matters. She was recently named a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer for leading on a series of notable real estate finance, structured finance and fintech deals. She has also been recognized by The Legal 500 US as a highly regarded lawyer in structured finance and securitization.
Ms. Pozos represents clients in a broad range of white collar, investigations, crisis management, and privacy and cybersecurity matters. A former First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, she has helped drive the establishment of Dechert’s top-ranked crisis management practice since joining the firm in 2022. The firm’s global crisis team provides legal guidance to boards of directors, executive leadership, general counsel and in-house legal teams, assisting them in navigating highly sensitive and volatile matters, such as cyberattacks, government raids and geopolitical crises.
Best of the Bar honorees will be recognized at a ceremony on November 16 and will also be featured in a special edition of the Philadelphia Business Journal.
