India Business Law Journal Names Siew Kam Boon to its International A-List Again

Siew Kam Boon, co-head of Dechert LLP’s private equity group and a partner in the firm’s Singapore office, has been honored by the India Business Law Journal for the second consecutive year and named to its 2024 International A-List, which recognizes the top India-focused lawyers around the world.

Ms. Boon has extensive experience handling private equity, M&A, emerging markets and venture capital transactions in Asia. Her recent achievements in the Indian market include acting for Capital Square Partners on a first-of-its-kind transaction that established one of the largest technology services funds in Asia. This deal was highly commended in the “Innovation in Dealmaking” category by the Financial Times in its 2024 Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers Awards.

Ms. Boon is recognized in the Corporate/M&A: International category by Chambers Global and Chambers Asia-Pacific, and has been recognized by these publications since 2012. She is also ranked for Startups & Emerging Companies by Chambers Asia-Pacific.
