American Bankruptcy Institute Names Isaac Stevens Among its “40 Under 40” for 2025

Isaac Stevens has been recognized by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) in its 2025 “40 Under 40” list. Each year, the publication honors exceptional lawyers under 40 for outstanding professional achievement and community leadership.

Mr. Stevens focuses his practice on financial restructuring matters and has extensive experience representing secured and unsecured creditors as well as foreign and U.S. companies in a wide range of bankruptcy matters. He regularly represents clients from Latin America including banks, private funds and financial institutions, in Chapter 11 cases, international bankruptcy litigation and cross-border transactions under distressed situations.

Mr. Stevens has been recognized by The Legal 500 Latin America, Chambers Latin America, Best Lawyers and Top Ranked Legal for bankruptcy and restructuring work in Chile and Latin America. Since 2024, The Legal 500 Latin America has recognized him as a Leading Associate in Latin America International Firms Banking & Finance.

Founded in 1982, the ABI is the country’s largest multi-disciplinary, nonpartisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. Honorees will be recognized at a special ceremony at ABI’s 2025 Winter Leadership Conference in December.
