PEI Private Credit Recognizes Angelina Liang as a Rising Star

Dechert global finance partner Angelina Liang has been honored as a 2026 Rising Star by PEI Private Credit, a publication focused on the global private debt markets. Honorees are selected based on factors including leadership and innovation, the caliber of their client and deal work, and their potential as future industry leaders.

Ms. Liang advises asset managers, alternative capital providers and financial institutions on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions. She has advised borrowers and lenders in the private credit space on a record number of manager-level, fund-level and SPV-level secured and unsecured lending deals, and regularly advises on finance transactions involving permanent capital vehicles.

Ms. Liang is recognized for Banking & Finance in New York by Chambers USA and as a Next Generation Partner for Commercial Lending: Advice to Direct Lenders/Private Credit by The Legal 500 US. She was also named a Woman Worth Watching in STEM by Profiles in Diversity Journal in 2022 and recognized in Expert Guides: Rising Stars 2022 for Banking and Finance.
