Daily Journal Names Dechert’s Allie Ozurovich to its “40 Under 40” List for 2026

August 19, 2026

Allie Ozurovich, a partner in Dechert’s Product Liability and Mass Torts practice, has been recognized by the Daily Journal in its “Top 40 Under 40” list for 2026. Each year, the publication honors the achievements of exceptional lawyers in California under the age of 40.

Ms. Ozurovich focuses her practice on high-stakes product liability, mass torts, privacy, false advertising and complex commercial litigation. She has played pivotal roles in some of the nation’s most significant litigation proceedings, including the nationwide Zantac litigation, the Flo Health privacy litigation, the Baby Food Products Liability Litigation and the 3M Combat Arms Earplug litigation.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Ozurovich is active in firm leadership, mentorship and pro bono service. She serves on Dechert’s Pro Bono Committee and on the Editorial Committee for the firm’s Dechert Re:Torts publication. A former adjunct professor at USC Gould School of Law, Ms. Ozurovich has been recognized within the firm for her contributions to teaching and diversity initiatives. Her pro bono work has included representing asylum seekers, advocating for professional women’s softball players and assisting California residents whose public benefits were wrongfully terminated.
