Dechert's Julien Bourgeois, Stephanie Capistron, Harry Pangas and David Kotler will discuss disclosure and communication considerations for U.S. registered funds and BDCs as well as their managers in the current environment. The speakers will discuss current considerations in the context of the regular disclosure process of funds and their managers, considerations specific to certain fund products, and litigation/enforcement risk mitigation strategies viewed through our experience in navigating previous downturns and
crises.
