Dechert & CREFC Europe: Senior Living Checklist Broadcast

In 2019, CREFC Europe and Dechert LLP launched a working group to examine challenges to financing senior living assets. Co-chaired by Aparna Sehgal, partner in Dechert's Finance and Real Estate group (part of the wider Global Finance team), and David Dahan, Industry Initiatives Director at CREFC Europe, the group's focus was to create a high level due diligence checklist specifically for the financing of the development of unassisted and limited assistance senior living accommodation.
