Labor and Employment Update: What Employers Need to Know for 2023

As we get closer to 2023, Dechert’s labor and employment lawyers will provide a review of the most recent Supreme Court rulings and legislative developments in employment law to help you prepare for the new year.

• A review of the most recent U.S. Supreme Court cases, including the Dobbs decision and employers’ responses to it. 
• What employers need to know about the new Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act. 
• An overview of recent employment law developments and trends, including non-competes, confidentiality agreements and pay transparency.
