Public Pension Capital Acquires Viteos Fund Services

Dechert LLP advised private equity fund Public Pension Capital (PPC) on its acquisition of Viteos Fund Services, a leading provider of middle- and back-office technology and services for the investment management industry. PPC was joined by private equity group FiveW Capital and Viteos management in the acquisition. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Viteos provides customized straight-through-processing and integrates post-trade operations for the investment management industry in the United States, Europe and Asia. It is a leader in shadow-accounting services and offers a full range of middle- and back-office outsourcing for clients including some of the world largest alternative managers.
