Laura Swihart Named among Women Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Journal

Dechert LLP global finance partner Laura Swihart has been named among the 2017 Women Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Journal. The series profiles women leaders who have made significant contributions to their respective organizations and industries, specifically recognizing Swihart for her contributions to the finance and legal industries.

Swihart focuses on commercial real estate finance and securitization matters. She regularly represents issuers, underwriters, mortgage loan sellers and subordinate bond buyers in connection with commercial mortgage backed securitization transactions. She has represented joint ventures and entities in connection with the creation of commercial mortgage loan origination platforms, including the negotiation of organizational documents, the creation of internal underwriting and closing processes and the creation of form closing documents. Swihart is recommended in The Legal 500 U.S. 2015 for structured finance and her work within CMBS and was recently named a "2016 Client Service All-Star” by BTI Consulting Group.
