Integrated Oncology Network Partners with Silver Oak for Recapitalization

Dechert LLP served as a legal advisor to Integrated Oncology Network, LLC (“ION”) in connection with its agreement to partner with private equity investment firm Silver Oak Services Partners, LLC (“Silver Oak”) to recapitalize ION.
ION is a physician management, radiation oncology management, and cancer center development company that partners with hospitals and physicians. ION provides expertise including strategic solutions, development, financing and management services including radiation oncology operations, revenue cycle & compliance, HR, IT and accounting. Partnering with the Silver Oak team will allow ION to continue to expand its networks and affiliations across the United States.
