Global law firm Dechert LLP served as legal advisor to J.H Whitney as its portfolio company Aveanna Healthcare, the largest pediatric home health care company in the U.S., entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Premier Healthcare Services, LLC, a leading provider of pediatric services to patients in California, with additional operations in Colorado and Texas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
