Encompass Digital Media To Acquire Babcock's Media Services

Dechert LLP is advising global technology services company Encompass Digital Media on its planned acquisition of Babcock International Group’s Media Services business. This cross-border acquisition will increase the presence of Encompass’ presence in the EMEA region, expand their video services offering in the live streaming sports arena, and bolster their collective relationships with important media companies and public service broadcasters around the world.
