Goldman Sachs Completes $375 Million Secured Credit Facility to Aligned Energy

Dechert LLP advised Goldman Sachs on its recent closing of a US$375 million secured credit facility loan to data center provider Aligned Energy. This loan will provide Aligned Energy lower-cost capital to support their short- and long-term development plans, and is the latest transaction within this growing asset class. The loan, inclusive of extension options, matures in October 2023.
The Dechert global finance team advising Goldman Sachs was led by partner Krystyna Blakeslee, who has significant experience representing lenders and borrowers on transactions involving data centers.
