Dechert has added leading partner Michelle Bradfield to its international arbitration practice in London. With her extensive experience representing clients across an array of international law matters, Ms. Bradfield’s hire further strengthens Dechert’s growing global arbitration profile. Her appointment follows the promotion of Beijing-based Mariana Zhong to national partner and London-based Dániel Dózsa to counsel.
Ms. Bradfield represents clients across the globe, in matters relating to boundary disputes between states, maritime disputes, investment treaty arbitration, international commercial arbitrations and enforcement of awards.
The Legal 500 has ranked Ms. Bradfield as a “Leading Individual”, stating her "pedigree is among the best in London" and she is "very professional, with excellent knowledge" of public international law.
She lectures on boundary disputes and investment treaty arbitrations at King's College London and was previously a Fellow of the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law at the University of Cambridge. Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Bradfield was an international arbitration practice group leader at another international law firm.
