Dechert advises Caravelle on its acquisition of Luneau Technology Group
Dechert LLP advised Caravelle, a French investment company, in connection with its acquisition of Luneau Technology Group, a specialist in eye care professional products.
The bid by Caravelle to acquire Luneau Technology Group, led by Marc Abitbol and controlled by MML Capital (as well as by BNP Paribas Développement, Amundi PEF and Carvest) since 2015, values the company at €100-140 million. Having experienced strong growth for the last decade, Luneau Technology has expanded internationally with 80% of its turnover generated by exports and nearly €100 million in sales recorded in 2018.
