Dechert Advises Centaur Media on its Divestment Program

Advised by Dechert LLP, Centaur Media plc, a London listed international provider of business information and specialist consultancy, has announced the completion of its divestment program, which began in October 2018 after Centaur concluded a strategic review and decided to focus on its leading brands to improve operational execution.

Centaur successfully completed the disposal of four businesses, with the sale of its brands in engineering, financial services, human resources and travel and meetings, to both trade and private equity purchasers. These sales have simplified the structure of the Centaur group and will enable the achievement of significant cost efficiencies, thereby creating additional shareholder value.
