Dechert Advises on the Acquisition of 7Hugs Labs by Qorvo

Dechert advised the selling shareholders (including the founders and directors, the business angels, Karista, Kima Ventures and NovX Capital), except the Xerys funds, on the sale of the entire share capital of 7Hugs Labs, a French tech company in providing software for ultra-wideband (UWB) applications, to Qorvo, a NASDAQ-listed U.S. company specializing in innovative radio frequency solutions.
