Dechert Advises Elsan and KKR in the Acquisition of C2S

Dechert’s French tax structuring team advised Elsan, France's second-largest operator of private clinics and hospitals, and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), a leading U.S. private equity firm that manages multiple alternative asset classes, in connection with the exclusive agreement for the acquisition of the C2S group of generalist clinics from Eurazeo Patrimoine.

That same team also advised KKR on the tax structuring of its acquisition, alongside other co-investors, of the Elsan group for €3.3 billion.
