Dechert is serving as special corporate counsel to Centric Brands (the “Company”), a leading lifestyle brand collective, in its Chapter 11 voluntary bankruptcy case. In connection with the bankruptcy case, the Company entered into a restructuring support agreement with substantially all of its secured lenders, led by certain funds managed by Blackstone, Ares Management Corporation, and HPS Investment Partners, to recapitalize the Company, provide debtor-in-possession financing and allow the Company to operate without interruption throughout the restructuring process.
