Dechert Advises Five T Hydrogen on Hy24 Project

Dechert advised Five T Hydrogen, a clean hydrogen enabling investment platform, on the Hy24 project, a joint venture between Five T Hydrogen and Ardian, a world-leading private investment house.

Hy24 is targeting €1.5 billion for its first fund, with twelve industry players already committed to contributing €800 million to the fund. This fund will be dedicated to the development of decarbonized hydrogen infrastructure.

Dechert advised Five T Hydrogen in the negotiation of the shareholders' agreement of the Hy24 joint venture, with partner Ermine Bolot and associate Pierre-Henri Brieau advising on corporate aspects, and partner Sabina Comis and national partner Cyril Fiat advising on regulatory aspects.
