Dechert Advises Radcliffe Capital Management in Minority Investment From Kudu Investment Management

Dechert advised Radcliffe Capital Management in Kudu Investment Management’s (Kudu) acquisition of a minority stake in Radcliffe and its affiliates. Kudu is an independent provider of permanent capital solutions to asset and wealth managers worldwide. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Radcliffe Capital Management is an SEC registered investment adviser that manages more than US$3.5 billion across defensive credit and opportunistic strategies. Its clients include a cross section of institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
