Dechert's Paris office will move on December 2, 2022 to its new location at 22 rue Bayard, Paris 8e, between avenue Montaigne and place François 1er.
With 70 lawyers, the Paris office is a key component of the firm's strategy in Europe and is active in antitrust/competition and European law, corporate and securities, financial services matters, financing, intellectual property, international arbitration, investigations and compliance, labor and employment, litigation, regulatory and tax.
Located on the level of the former RTL radio headquarters, Maison Bayard is the first modular wood-frame building in the golden triangle. This eco-friendly building achieved the Bâtiment Bas Carbone (HQE Excellent, WiredScore) label with a large space allocated to green areas with 750 m2 of patios and gardens. By choosing these offices, Dechert continues its actions supporting carbon neutrality and well-being at work.
"We are delighted to be joining this superb Maison Bayard project located at a historic address in the heart of Paris' business district and designed to be exemplary in terms of carbon footprint and eco-responsibility. More than a change of offices, we also want to act for the well-being of our teams, with unique services to allow everyone to flourish in the workplace in this building as historical as it is innovative. We have given a lot of thought to organizational methods and this project is an important step," says Sabina Comis, Alain Decombe and Mélanie Thill-Tayara, members of the Paris office Management Committee.
